Susan's Period Pro Masterclass helped answer questions I've still had in my 40s! The class helped normalize the subject of menstruation, which is still too often considered taboo. I feel empowered to share this knowledge with my daughter so that she can feel proud of her body and realize that half the world's population goes through the same thing! Susan taught helpful information about the best way for females to eat, sleep, exercise and more. She helped us identify what is normal with our bodies' menstrual cycle, and what qualifies as a red flag - indicating a change may be in order.
