I’m so glad you’re here, because I know how frustrating it is to deal with chronic health issues like diabetes, IBS, fatigue, Hashimoto’s, PCOS,  digestive, or skin issues that seem to have no resolution.

I had crushing fatigue but was told, “Labs look normal,”. Except I felt anything but normal. And I didn’t look well…. 

I felt like this for years and suffered with various health issues, including chronic sinus infections, sinus headaches, urinary tract infections, vertigo, unexplained skin rashes, brain fog, and excessive fatigue. 

I took various medications, including multiple rounds of different antibiotics. After visiting specialists, sinus surgery seemed promising, but that did not resolve my sinus issues. I was sick.

My efforts to feel better were NOT working. My health was a total disaster!

I began to re-examine the basics of food in the body. Yes, there has always been plenty of guidance about how to avoid malnutrition, but that is not the same as OPTIMAL nutrition and the creation of truly vibrant health. With science by my side, I discovered a fundamentally different approach… and it worked!

Today, I fully appreciate the power of properly prepared food, herbs, and therapeutic nutrition to impact lifestyle driven diseases and chronic conditions and actually CREATE wellbeing. 

My advanced nutrition degrees offer great expertise in this area, but my personal journey has given me a  deeper level of compassion and empathy for what you’re going through.

As a functional nutritionist, I work with motivated adults with chronic health issues like diabetes, IBS, Hashimoto’s, PCOS/infertility, skin, digestion, and mood (anxiety, depression) and fatigue issues that aren’t getting better with conventional treatment or diet alone.

Because every health journey is unique, I look at the individual to create a personalized blueprint, strategy, and partnership for reclaiming vitality. You will learn how to use food, supplements, and lifestyle changes to support true health and live life deliciously.

1. I want to learn more about your health challenges and find the overlooked clues that can help us discover your root causes.
2. After our private discussion, we will both have a greater understanding of what contributes to your health challenges. You will learn how to address the root causes we discover and understand at least one thing to change ASAP.
3. We will discuss additional resources you may need, including labs or other trusted practitioners, to facilitate your health plan and enable root cause resolution.

PLEASE NOTE:

• I do not accept insurance (but do accept HSA cards and Flex Spending Accounts). Clients can expect to spend $300 to $5000 depending on their unique case.
• I no longer see patients in person but conduct online appointments via telephone or video chat. Online access offers the most economical and convenient option for clients, while maintaining high quality care.
